Terms and Conditions
1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents over 18 excluding Northern Ireland, employees and their immediate families of Walkers Snacks Limited (the “Promoter”), its affiliated companies, David Lloyd Leisure, Waitrose Limited, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the draw.
2. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Purchase necessary. To enter, simply purchase one SunBites 6 pack at a Waitrose store during the promotional period (29th September 2011 - 14th October 2011) and correctly complete the form within the Waitrose Weekend edition available in-store from 29 September - 6 October 2011. The completed form and the receipt with the Sunbites purchase must be sent to “Freepost Plus RSLZ-AGRZ-LXGU, Walkers SunBites David Lloyd Leisure Competition, PO Box 642, Banbury, OX16 6FT”.
4. All entries will be required to present a valid Waitrose receipt as proof of purchase during the promotional period, 29 September to 14 October 2011 (please see point 3 on entry method).
5. The opening date for this prize draw is 29 September 2011 and the closing date is 14 October 2011.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
7. There will be no limit to the number of entries per household, however only one individual membership per person will be awarded within that household.
8. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date of October 14 2011 under independent supervision on 19 October 2011. One draw will be undertaken. The winners will be notified by telephone no later than 30 October 2011. The prize must be claimed by 30 November 2011. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if the prize is not claimed by 1 December 2011 an alternative winner will be chosen.
9. There are 5 prizes to be won of a David Lloyd Leisure 12 month full individual annual membership (facilities will vary depending on the club joined) in the United Kingdom. Clubs excluded from this promotion include Chelsea Harbour Club, Notting Hill Harbour Club and Next Generation, Swindon. Membership does not include tennis coaching and personal trainer sessions, and certain other activities may incur additional fees also.
All winners will be required to sign the David Lloyd Leisure individual annual membership contract and accept the terms and conditions associated with the membership contract. The David Lloyd Leisure membership contract will waive the requirements for written notice at the end of the initial free term of 12 months. There will be no requirement to complete the bank or credit card details. All entrants must have a valid email address for David Lloyd Leisure to contact them. The winners will be contacted once notified with a request for information that they will need to provide (full name, address, date of birth, club they wish to join), they will then need to go into club to sign the paperwork and receive their membership cards.
10. Any person who wins an individual annual membership but already has an existing David Lloyd Leisure membership will not be able to cancel their existing membership, but will be able to have the membership they have won added onto the expiry of their existing membership period.
11. The prizes are non-transferable, non refundable and can not be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
13. By entering this competition winners are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and will be required to take part in any related publicity.
14. The names and counties of the winners will be made available between 1 December 2011 and 7 December 2011. Please send a SAE to Waitrose Sensations Competition, PO Box 642, Banbury, OX16 6FT.
15. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual's prior consent.
