Terms and Conditions
- The prize draw is open to all Today's Group Retail Managers who are UK residents excluding NI, aged over 18 excluding employees and their immediate families of Walkers Snacks Ltd (the “Promoter”), its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the draw.
- By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
- To enter the competition entrants must send a picture of 1 x Walkers Clip Strip in your retail store to todays.competitions@pepsico.co.uk.
- The opening date for receipt of entries is 1st August 2011 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 3rd December 2011.
- Each retailer may only enter one photo of execution. No consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.
- For every retailer that sends in a photo of clip strip's executed in store they will be automatically sent a case of Prawn Cocktail Clip strips 24 x 34.5g from Walkers Snacks Ltd.
- Winners may be required to take part in related publicity.
- Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
