Sales Uplift Trade Incentive Terms & Conditions:
1. The incentive is open to all employees of Sugro Buying Group aged 18 years and over who are UK residents (excluding NI), excluding employees and their immediate families of Walkers Snack Foods Ltd (the ‘Promoter’), its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the competition. 2. By taking part in this incentive, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules. 3. Purchase necessary. 4. The incentive will measure % uplift of Sugro Buying Group Walkers Flat Standard 34.5g and Walkers Flat Grab 50g between 24.07.2011 and 3.12.2011 vs. Walkers Flat Standard 34.5g and Walkers Flat Grab 50g between 24.07.2010 and 3.12.2010. PIUK will measure this on sales in data and will track sales out weekly.
5. There will be only one incentive entry per depot. 6. Each depot that hits 20% Gross Revenue growth along with the required photos sent in will receive a 1.5% rebate. Each depot that hits 15% Gross Revenue growth along with the required photos sent in will receive a 1.0% rebate. Each depot that hits 10% Gross Revenue growth along with the required photos sent in will receive a 0.5% rebate. 7. The rebate will be to the corresponding percentage of the value of gross revenue sales of 34.5g and 50g Walkers crisps during the time period of 24.07.2011 and 3.12.2011. The awarded rebate will based on % of 34.5g & 50g Walkers Crisps only. 8. Further to the percentage growth the depots must submit photos with proof of execution of Walkers Clip Strips in store. 9. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way whatsoever with respect to the prize once delivered to the winner. 10. The rebate is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or on part. The decisions of the Promoter and judge are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 11. The winning Sugro Buying Group depot will be notified by Email no later than 17.12.2011 and the rebate will be paid on receipt of an invoice from the depot. 12. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 13. The winners may be required to take part in related publicity. 15. The names of the winners will be available between 20.12.2011 and 10th January 2012 upon application with a SAE to Sugro, 1600 Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading, and Berkshire, RG7 4SA. 16. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
