Terms and Conditions
1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents (excluding NI) over 18, excluding employees and their immediate families of Walkers Snacks Limited (the “Promoter”), its affiliated companies, Nisa Today's Holding's Ltd, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the draw.
2. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. To enter simply text WALKERS followed by the correct answer to the question on the Nisa Promotional leaflet and Posters, to 81025. Text entries are charged at 25p plus standard network text rates.
4. An alternative entry may be made by sending your name, address, phone number and answer by post to Nisa Text To Win, Walkers Snacks Ltd, FREEPOST, NAT10770, Reading, RG7 4BR

6. The opening and closing dates for receipt of entries for each draw is as follows:
Draw 1(Question and answer one): Opening date - 22/08/11. Closing date - 11/09/11.
Draw 2 (Question and answer two): Opening date - 12/09/11. Closing date - 02/10/11.
Draw 3 (Question and answer three): Opening date - 03/10/11. Closing date - 23/10/11.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed.
8. Only one entry per person No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.
9. The winners for each draw will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date for each draw under independent supervision. There will be three draws, for each promotional period as detailed above. Draw 1 on 12/09/11, Draw 2 on 03/10/11, Draw 3 on 24/10/11. The winners will be notified by telephone by no later than 04/11/11. The prize must be claimed by 21/11/11. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if a prize is not claimed by 21/11/11 an alternative winner will be chosen.
10. There will be 30 prizes in total of £250 Nisa Shopper Vouchers. There will be 10 prize winners to be drawn in each of the three draws as dated above. The vouchers are to be used within 12 months of the date printed on the vouchers.
11. The prizes are non-transferable, non refundable and can not be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The prize will be delivered to the winner's designated addresses by post no later than 31/12/11.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
14. Winners may be required to take part in related publicity.
15. The names and counties of the winners will be available between 31/12/11 and 31/01/12 upon application with a SAE to Nisa Text To Win, Walkers Snacks Ltd, FREEPOST, NAT10770, Reading, RG7 4BR
16. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
